At Howard College, our main purpose is to help students reach their educational goals. We know campus safety is an important part of our students’ success. The Howard College Safety and Security department works to create safe learning and working environments on all of our campuses. Howard College security officers work to educate our students, faculty, and staff about crime prevention, personal safety, and shared responsibility. Working together, we all help maintain personal and campus safety across the college.

Security Officers can be reached at the numbers listed. If there is an emergency, you may also call 911.

Howard College Security encourages you to report any type of emergency, crime, or suspicious activity at any of our campuses immediately.

Serious offenses such as sexual assault, murder, aggravated assault, robbery, and other felony offenses that are reported to the Howard College Security Department may involve joint investigative efforts with local, state, or federal law enforcement. All such cases are taken very seriously and Howard College fully supports and cooperates with all associated Title IX investigations and Clery Act responsibilities at the institutional level. When criminal offenses are prosecuted, cases are filed in the appropriate court having jurisdiction: municipal, justice of the peace, county, district, or federal courts.

Daily Crime Logs

The Crime Log includes incidents and reports from all 4 Howard College campuses. Reports can be opened, viewed, and printed as needed. Nothing on the calendar indicates no incidents to report.
