Information for Consulates and Embassies

Howard College accepts International Students for 3 of it’s 4 campus locations. We have a Howard College campus in Big Spring, TX as well as the SWCID campus (Southwest Collegiate Institute for the Deaf). Howard College also has campuses in Lamesa TX, and San Angelo, TX. The Lamesa campus is the only campus that does not currently support international students.

Students apply and can be accepted to any of the 3 campus locations. Each campus has a separate application and acceptance letter that is sent to students who are accepted into the program.

If Consulate or Embassy Staff need to contact the College for more information, please contact the District Registrar, TaNeal Richardson. Phone: (432) 264-5072 or email: trichardson@howardcollege.edu
