Welcome, high school students!

Be part of the Hawk family while you finish high school!

Dual Credit Enrollment Checklist

  • Visit with your high school counselor to determine if you are eligible.
  • Complete and submit an online dual credit application for admissions: https://hc4.life/dcapp
  • Determine your TSIA (Texas Success Initiative Assessment) status for English and math courses. To enroll in dual credit English and math courses, all students who do not meet exemption requirements must take the TSIA in math and/or reading and writing. See the requirements listed in the catalog.
  • Set up your Howard College email address: https://howardcollege.edu/students/tools-resources/system-access/
  • Access your Howard College EAB account: https://howardcollege.campus.eab.com/ Use your Howard College credentials to sign into EAB. This is the same username and password you established for your Howard College email address. For Fall 2025, you will need a code to bypass the two-factor authentication since cell phones are not allowed on high school campuses this year. Your counselor can help you determine your code.
  • Submit a copy of your immunization records showing that you have received the bacterial meningitis vaccine within the last five years if you will be attending classes on the Howard College campus.
  • Contact your high school counselor to request that your high school transcript and all test scores be sent to Howard College
  • Contact your high school counselor or Howard College to pay for courses by the due dates. The college does not send a bill in the mail; you must log on to your account to see the amount due.
