Howard College’s official method of communication is the Howard College student email account. It’s important to encourage your student to check their student email daily.

• Encourage your student to utilize Howard College resources.
• Communication is important. Encourage your student to email their instructor or the high school counselor for assistance.
• Students need to read and print the syllabus and calendar to become familiar with the class and important deadlines.
• Encourage your student to schedule time for studying.
• Create a study routine and at least 3 hours per week.
