New Art Scholarship in Big Spring

The Big Spring Art Association recently presented a check to the Howard College Foundation to establish the Big Spring Art Association Scholarship. The scholarship will be for full-time students attending Howard College majoring in the arts. The scholarship will be awarded in the upcoming fall semester.
