Early on the morning of Friday, March 22nd, 2 yellow school buses parked in front of the Hall Center for the Arts on the Howard College Big Spring campus. 2 lines of excited elementary school students from Forsan ISD filed off and lined up near the entrance. After introductions and rules were shared, the students were split into 2 groups. One group got their hands dirty with red clay as they worked on their bowls. The second group were given partially completed bowls to begin glazing. Judy Tereletsky, of the Howard College Art Department, guided the students through the process. Smiles and clay covered hands filled one room while laughter and painted fingers were present in the next.
