It's easy to renew your certificate online at Howard College!
New sessions start every Monday and remain open through midnight on the following Sunday. The renewal class is 100% online and can be completed at your own pace the week you start. To begin your renewal, follow these 3 easy steps.

Complete your online renewal registration here. You can submit it electronically to join the next session. If you prefer paper, no problem! Download a copy of the application. Fill it out and mail it or bring it into the office.

Please allow a day or two for us to process your registration. We will notify you that you have been entered in the system and it will be time to pay for your renewal session. You can pay in person or over the phone by calling the business office at (432) 264-5035.

Your class will begin the Monday after you register and pay. You will receive details in your email about how to log in to class. *The State of Texas will be notified of your completion of the course and they will send you the appropriate documents to complete your renewal! Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to complete this process.

* Once you complete the course we notify the State of Texas Department of Health and Human Services. You will receive 2 items in the mail. One will be your certificate of completion from Howard College. The other will be a renewal document from the Department of Health and Human Services. You will need to follow the instructions in that letter to complete the filing of your renewal.
