Castle Branch Instructions
- Go to https://mycb.castlebranch.com/ to start the drug screen registration process.
- Press “Place Order” (By your name in the top right corner).
- Enter HX43dt & HX43bg where it says package code.
- Agree > Fill out form > Submit > Pay.
- Print out drug screen voucher and take it to: T.I.P 1113 Scurry St. Big Spring, TX.

- Once approved, you will be enrolled and sent an enrollment confirmation

Tuition: $800
- Tuition includes building fees, exam fees, instruction, and clinical fees.
- Both sections of this program must be complete to take the state exam

Phlebotomy Technician Certification - AMCA
Please note, you will receive a certificate of completion upon successful completion of the program from Howard College, but you must sit for the AMCA exam to become certified.
