On Friday, February 22nd, the Howard College Theatre students traveled to Eastfield College in Mesquite, TX. to participate in the Texas Community College Speech and Theatre Festival. They received a standing ovation from the TCCSTA theatre festival. A professor from the University of North Texas and another professor from Southeastern Oklahoma State University said they were quite impressed with our young group and opened the door for recruitment to their institutions.
